Nothing is more important than the simple observation of human truth – so don’t shy away from talking.
But DO make sure that what you’re saying at the very least, does no harm, and, at best, empowers the clients you serve.

It might feel weird, banging out the business copy during a global pandemic. But not if you do it consciously. Which is the way I work, always.
- We should, absolutely, continue selling and delivering our services to each other. Especially if it helps people.
- We should, absolutely, acknowledge the pain. We should talk about it.
- We should, absolutely, try to stay positive.
People are craving connections now more than ever, especially those who struggle with alone-time.
So, start those conversations.
Show the “human” side to your business everyone marketer raves about, but is actually too frightened to show.
